SABIC has planned the relocation of Four Pilot Plants and other facilities from the Riyadh Technology Center to STC-Jubail and the corresponding design of three new Pilot Plants and OSBL facilities at the Jubail Facilities.

The project Include Seven Pilot Plants Four of these Pilot Plants (i.e. PE-4, LAO, EPS & TINO) might be relocated from STC-Riyadh and other three plant (i.e. PE-1, PE-2 & PP-3) and service facilities.

Project Goal and Scope:

• Prepare Front End Engineering package FEED which include fire hazard analysis, building code analysis, design basis, Identification of Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Alarm and design parameters, generic material, equipment specifications and all documents & drawings as required by HCIS directives (SAF-01).
  Obtaining HCIS approval.
